As a busy corporate executive, our client needed a stylish condo to come home to. Clean and uncluttered, this more contemporary design provided him with a restful place to recharge.
We designed dramatic drapes for the family room to compliment the open ceiling. Classic cream sofas and a masculine wood coffee table nestle on a custom textured area rug, creating an ideal space for entertaining. We added an accent chair with grey upholstery and contemporary lines that contrast beautifully with the rustic wood entertainment console.
The master bedroom was painted grey with a deep purple influence, which reflects the homeowner’s deep understand of style and trend. The art above the bed consists of photographs taken by the client during his world travels. We combined linen and fur on the bed and added unique nightstands to the space.
The entry, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and guest bedroom were all updated as well.
Shortly after completing this project, the client was offered a corporate VP position that required him to move out of state. He listed the property and was thrilled that the buyers wanted the home completely furnished! The condo sold in record time for over the asking price. Win win!
